Dec. 4, 2017: Habitable Worlds
(snow date, December 11, 2017)
Life outside Earth, in our Solar System and beyond, has been contemplated and searched for and imagined by people throughout history. As technology improves, we get ever closer to finding our cosmic neighbors. Explore the museum’s newest exhibit and learn the latest and greatest methods in this search and exactly what kinds of life we expect to find.
Family Workshop: Offered at 10:30am and 11:30am
Children under age 4 are not permitted in the workshop program.
Special museum quests, crafts and activity tables are available throughout the duration of the program to engage families. In addition, scheduled tours, planetarium shows and workshops are offered.
Please note: Pre-registration required, registrations by mail or in-person only.
Museum is closed to the public during homeschool days.
