The City of Providence maintains a Lawson S3 ERP platform to maintain its internal business functions, including Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, HR and Benefits Management, Payroll and Retirement. The City has a need to utilize new features within the latest Infor Lawson Finance & Supply Management platform, Landmark v.11, as well as d/EPM specifically for budgeting. The Information Technology Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide system upgrade services.
Current Status – Development is underway
In the first quarter of 2018, Providence awarded the Lawson System Upgrade Project to Velocity Technology Solutions of Charlotte, NC. Work is currently underway on building the hosting environment and installing the new Lawson components.

The City’s current license covers 2 environments.
