The City of Providence maintains a Lawson S3 ERP platform to maintain its internal business functions, including Finance/Accounting, Purchasing, HR and Benefits Management, Payroll and Retirement. The City has a need to utilize new features within the latest Infor Lawson Finance & Supply Management platform, Landmark v.11, as well as d/EPM specifically for budgeting. The Information Technology Department is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide system upgrade services.

The City’s project team is currently reviewing vendor bids, and intends to award the contract by the end of January, 2018.

This project will be implemented using 2 Environments (PROD & TEST) for Phase 1, leaving a third Environment (DEV) for Phase 2 (d/EPM) and Phase 3 (HCM data migration). The City’s current license covers 2 environments.
