Lincoln S. Lennon is a graduate of Providence College and began his legal career as a paralegal in the Solicitor’s Office in 1995. Shortly after his graduation from Roger Williams University of Law School in May 1999, he was appointed Assistant City Solicitor. His responsibilities included juvenile prosecution in Family Court and handling civil litigation. Mr. Lennon also served as legal counsel to the Providence School Board, as well as the Providence Zoning Board of Review.
Attorney Lennon ventured into private practice between 2004 and 2009, and was Solicitor to the Warwick City Council. Since his return to the Providence Solicitor’s Office in 2009, he has handled civil litigation as well as criminal prosecution in District, Family and Municipal Courts, with a primary focus on juvenile prosecutions.
Attorney Lennon provides legal council to the City Council Committee on Urban Redevelopment, Renewal and Planning, the City Property Committee and the Building Board of Review. Mr. Lennon is a member of the 14th Ward Committee and serves as a District Court Bail Commissioner.
