These popular drawing classes gives you the opportunity to study and draw details of feathers, beaks and claws from our large collection of taxidermied specimens in a fun and casual atmosphere.Classes run from 10:30am to 2:00pm will break at noon for a bring-your-own lunch and informal critique. During each class, instructor Kathy Hodge will explain basic anatomy and offer demonstrations, assistance and advice. You may bring the medium of your choice — charcoal pencils, graphite, colored pencils, pastels, or watercolor (please, no oils or acrylics). Some drawing supplies will also be available for you to use. All skill levels are welcome to participate, high school age and older.
