Lifelong Learners: Williams Family Cemetery Tour

Museum docent and archivist Richard Siembab leads a special walking tour of the historic Williams family cemetery in Roger Williams Park. Learn exactly who is buried here and what those curious symbols on the headstones really mean. Richard, a longtime member of the Association of Gravestone Studies, brings a wealth of knowledge to this frequently overlooked park culture resource. Join us to learn about Roger Williams Park history and explore a little-known corner of the park! Walk meets at the Betsey Williams Cottage.
Program fee per session: $3 per adult/Free for museum members. Pets are not permitted on walking tours. Children are not permitted in our lifelong learners programming. We will practice social distancing and appropriate face coverings will be worn.
