Nick Frayn joined the office in July 2021. Amongst other things, he represents the Department of Inspection and Standards in the Providence Housing Court, enforcing building and housing code. In his previous practice, Nick was a staff attorney with the Legal Aid Society in New York City, representing indigent defendants in the criminal justice system. He has also taught criminal law and procedure, and trained lawyers both in the US and internationally. He is a graduate of the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Manchester, UK and a graduate degree from the University of Oxford, UK.
