Sergio A. Spaziano joined the City Solicitor’s Office in 2001. During his tenure, Sergio has represented the City in a broad range of litigation and administrative matters including civil litigation, tax appeals, commercial licensing, zoning and land use, and code enforcement prosecution. Presently, Sergio primarily serves as litigation counsel to the Providence School Department.
Prior to joining the Solicitor’s Office. Sergio worked in private practice with a concentration on construction and commercial litigation.
Sergio received his B.A. from providence College, summa cum laude, and his J.D. cum laude and Environmental Law Certificate from Pace University School of Law where he was the Symposium and Submissions Editor for the Pace International Law Review and a Hocherman, Tortorella & Wekstein, LLP Land Use Law Scholar.
