The Creative Capital is abundant with public artists and organizations eager to propose and install work across the city. All proposed artworks, on both private and public property, must be registered with the Department of Art, Culture + Tourism. ACT staff will then support applicants to connect to any and all appropriate bodies related to their project.
The Art in City Life Commission (INFO HERE) must approve all work proposed for City property or funded in any part with public dollars. Additional boards and commissions may also require review or approval, depending on project goals and site-specificity.
