Chairman of the Board of Parks Commissioners from 1907 until his passing in 1920, EdwardFrancis Ely left the City of Providence an endowment so that future generations could continue to enjoy our city’s parks as sites of congregation, play, and community life. We are excited to share this wide variety of art and artists across Providence Parks with you for free all summer long and can’t wait to see you there!
