These accessible yoga classes are good for beginners and long-time practitioners alike! Mimi will offer a well-rounded practice to build strength, release tension in the body, and cultivate peace in the mind and the heart.
Classes are limited to 15 people. Please arrive on time.
Participants may check in at the Roger Williams Park Gateway center front desk starting at 8:45AM or register in advance online.
Yoga mats not provided – please bring your own mat.
