There are several ways you contact the Ethics Commission.
Ethics Hotline
A Hotline has been established whereby members of the public may report any circumstance or situation involving an employee or official of the City or a municipal agency which appears to violate or may potentially violate either the City or the State Ethics Code.
If you would like to report a potential violation, you can do so by calling the Hotline at 844.9ETHICS (844.938.4427).

File Complaint with the Providence Ethics Commission
Any member of the public may file a complaint with the Providence Ethics Commission of a potential violation of the Providence Code of Ethics.
