Biltmore Park
History
Deeded to the City in 1893, this triangular Downtown plaza between Dorrance St and Exchange Terrace is centrally located across from the Graduate Hotel, also known as the Historic Biltmore Hotel.
Recent Improvements
- Outdoor game tables (chess, foosball, and table tennis) and activity panels added in 2026.
- Performance stage on Exchange Terrace built in 2026 by the Parks Department team as an adaptive re-use of the concrete pad left by obsolete utility structure for the City Center Rink.
- Restaurant / business incubator space renovated in 2025.
