Hopkins Park
History
This park was once connected to the adjacent Esek Hopkins homestead, which is under renovation and closed to the public. Before RI-146 was built, Hopkins Park hosted two baseball fields. The playground was built circa 2008. Lights were added in the 2010’s.
Recent Improvements
- Playground – replaced a slide, repaired rock climber, and installed new swing seats 2024-2026.
- Soccer field renovated in 2024 and 2021

- Irrigated field equipped with player benches and bleachers
- 8ft x 24ft regulation goals
- Approx. 106m x 58m regulation for Association Football (Soccer)
