When visiting: The museum is equipped with a LULA (limited use/limited application) elevator that is 52″ long by 34″ wide. If you have accessibility questions, please contact the museum. Please note: The use of strollers is discouraged and strollers need to be carried/lifted to enter and exit the museum.

Cost: $5 (includes Museum admission) | Museum Members: Free | Free first Saturday for Providence residents with proof of residency. Providence residents can reserve planetarium show tickets in person. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Please note: Groups of 15 or more must call in advance to schedule a private planetarium show, as large groups cannot be accommodated during public showtimes. Private planetarium shows are subject to availability. Private Planetarium shows ($150 up to 25 people, each additional $6 per person) and school field trip programs are available. Tickets are recommended to be reserved online, including for Museum Members. Availability is limited. All sales are final.
Everyone attending the planetarium show needs a ticket.
Children must be age 4 or older; those 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Children must be supervised at all times.
Phones must be silenced, and attendees should remain quiet during the show to help everyone enjoy the full experience.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in, as doors close at showtime and will not reopen—no late entry is permitted for visitor safety once the show begins.
PLEASE NOTE: For Museum Member reservations, you must be a CURRENT Museum Member, does not include RWP Zoo Members. If you are not a current Museum Member, all planetarium show tickets and admissions will be CANCELLED.
