Website disclaimers

The Rental of the Roger Williams Park Botanical Center is rented on a 5-hour basis. In addition, Caterers will be allowed access for setup starting 2 hours before event and 1hour post event. The Botanical Center is open until 4 pm so no event can start before 6 pm in the Conservatory or Mediterranean Room. An additional hour may be secured at a rate of $750.00 per hour with a maximum of 6 hours.

Chairs and tables are not included in the rental fee.

Your licensed and insured caterer or vendor must provide all rental equipment.

Prices and times SUBJECT TO CHANGE and will not be confirmed until CONTRACTED.

Rates and Availability for 2026 will not be available until late 2024.

All policies and procedures will be followed with associated fees.
