• When a holiday falls on a Saturday, the city celebrates it on a Friday; when a holiday falls on a Sunday, the City celebrates in on a Monday.
• When Christmas or New Year’s Day falls on a Sunday or Monday, the last working day prior to the holiday is a full work day.
• There will be one-half (2) day off with pay the afternoon of the last regular working day prior to Christmas Day and New Year’s Day (or the days of observance of Christmas Day and New Year’s Day), when Christmas Day and New Year’s Day fall or are celebrated on Tuesday through Saturday. Good Friday shall be a full workday.
