City Services

This page is a resource for event organizers who are hosting a special event in the City of Providence.

The City Service Team is a group of departments that grants permits for special events. Due to an event’s size, scope, and/or complexity, PEMA may request one or more of the forms below to be filled out. This will be verbally asked during the City Service Meeting or written in the OpenGov permit portal.

For any questions about the documents, please reach out to Alexa Griffin at agriffin@providenceri.gov.
